Worth it with one minor flawApr 09, 2010

Bought this bag for my sifu in kung fu san soo classes in Moreno Valley and Riverside Parks and Rec. Loved the thickness, handles, and price! Great at absorbing punishing kicks and elbows! The only flaw is its width. You have to kick it dead center or your foot will slide to the side. However, this I actually like because it reinforces accuracy in ones kicks. Yet, for beginners who have yet to develop their accuracy it is annoying and a problem. Even with this flaw, which can be considered minor, this is a great bag especially for the price. After buying one for my sifu, I bought another one for my kids to continue their practice at home. Oh, it's also great for elbow, hammer strikes, and knees. I give it a 9 out of 10.

Service was fast. Great cushion surface, allowing kicker to be able to put some power on their kicks without worry of hurting holder.

I bought this for Krav Maga training with my daughter. It is a great shield for the money. Much thicker than standard shields. It should protect my ribs well which is good because my kid kicks like a horse.
Shipping could have been quicker.

it shipped a little late but it was well worth the wait. i love it.great weight and feels like you can kick for days. my student love it as well. great peace of equipment.

I have use this for while with my daughter and friends. It works pretty good. So far it has taken the beating. I would say that it is a good product. Should work good in a martial arts school.
