It's a sweat band that says 'kung fu' on it: what more could you want? Well, moisture wicking, for one. Terry cloth sort of grabs sweat and then holds onto it for the rest of your workout. If you were expecting this to help moisture evaporate faster you'll be disappointed by this or any other cotton terry cloth headband. If you were expecting this to make you look like a kung fu expert, however, I daresay you couldn't find a better handband for the job.

I put this headband on because I sweat a lot when I work out. I would wipe the sweat from my face with my hands, which are full of bacteria from touching exercise equipment a the gym. This would cause all sorts of nasty breakouts (pimples, acne) on my face. Now, that I wear this headband, I don't touch my face as often, and less acne as a result. Fully endorse this product. My only regret is that I only bought one.
